By registering for the retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation policy. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, our cancellation policy is in place to ensure the smooth operation of our events and to protect the interests of all participants.
1. Cancellation by Participant:
- If you cancel your registration more than 30 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a full refund minus a processing fee oof 500aed.
- Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 15 days before the retreat start date are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Organizer:
- In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, health emergencies), participants will receive a full refund of all registration fees paid.
- We reserve the right to change the retreat location or schedule if necessary, and participants will be notified promptly.
3. Transfer of Registration:
- Participants may transfer their registration to another individual at no additional cost, provided that we are notified at least 7 days before the retreat starts.
4. Acknowledgment:
- By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read and understood this cancellation policy and agree to its terms.
