Sharon’s career began in the study of linguistics — the science of how humans use language to influence, persuade and connect.
That foundation in communication science evolved into a lifelong pursuit: helping people harness language and behaviour to lead effectively and authentically.
Before building her corporate career, Sharon spent two decades as a professional Latin dancer, representing Australia on the world stage. A multiple-time Australian Champion and World Latin Dance Cup silver medallist, she owned one of Australia’s top dance academies. Here, she trained and mentored dozens of athletes who went on to become national and international champions, developing the coaching instinct she now brings to every boardroom.
On the dance stage, she mastered the mechanics of charisma — posture, energy, and timing.
Those same mechanics now shape every speaking stage she takes and leader she develops: command attention, build trust, communicate with presence and power.
In 2017, Sharon experienced a uterine rupture, a rare and catastrophic pregnancy complication that left her in a coma, fighting for her life and facing two years of surgeries and recovery. Lying in a hospital bed unable to move, she made a decision: she’d fight her way back, for something bigger than she had built before.
That clarity never left her. It was where The Invincible Co. was born, and with it Sharon's signature frameworks and coaching programs that have since shaped leaders across every major industry.

She works from real resilience, not theory. She speaks from experience, not slides. And she operates from one unshakeable belief: that every human being has the capacity to get better, lead better, and show up bigger than they ever thought possible.
