At this time of year, most of us like to start planning for the year ahead. I don't really have any solid plans or ideals, since I've learnt that life has a funny way of showing you who's in charge. What I've been trying to focus on instead, is learning more about how I can improve my own mental and emotional state, so that life becomes meaningful, no matter what happens.
