fitbit customer service

Week 3 of using my Fitbit Flex, and I love it. But now I'm even more in love because i emailed the company to say I lost my charger. And they replied saying they don't have any in stock in Australia, but how about they send me a complimentary one from the USA. Now that's great customer service!
